We bought some Comte cheese a couple weekends ago. Maribeth suggested making mac n cheese. She send me this recipe. Once I saw it, I had to make it. She sent it to me today, I made it tonight. I added sauteed garlic spinach, swiss and parmesan cheese. It came out super yummy! I even made extra spinach to eat on the side. Now, I just gotta buy more Comte so I can make it again!
