Have you ever been to Del Taco in Barstow? If not, you should definitely go. My Brother in law's coworker told him Del Taco originated in Barstow. All the Del Tacos there are still privately owned and serve a slightly different variation to the Del Taco that most of us know. I just scarfed down all my food and didn't remember to take pics of it. On the way to Vegas, I had a tostada, which is only served at the Barstow Del Taco. It was soooo good! On the way home, I had a taco and a burrito. Both were stuffed to the brim and also very tasty! Next time you're going that way, take a little stop and try some.. you won't be disappointed! =)
