The morning started with breakfast at Richard Walker's Pancake House. There were 7 of us so we waited a little bit. About 20 mins.. not too shabby...

The first thing the waitress puts on our table.. 3 little things of syrup and butter... I hate to say it, but everything is better with butter... hahaha

This is called Pigs in a New Car. Deb and myself has this. It was ok.. seemed a little regular.. Like I could make this at home and eat it. BUT that yellow stuff is some kind of tropical sauce, and that was really good. It made up for the whole "I can make this at home" thing

Raizel had sewdish pankcakes with a side of bacon. They serve this with Lingonberry. Pretty Yummy.

Creese had the strawberry crepes. The strawberries were sweet and refreshing.

Jamie's bendict.. I didn't try it. BUT I did get a side of those hash browns.

Janice had the Blueberry Sour Cream crepes. Those were really good!

Em had the Bacon Pancakes.. The way I feel about Bacon is how I feel about butter. ha. everything is better with Bacon.. Spoken from a true fatty... how sad...

Raizel about to enjoy her breakfast

Deb and the Pigs...

Ok, so you can order hash browns with cheese and jalenpeno.. how awesome is that?!?! I ordered it with swiss and jalepeno.. and that's the only plate I cleared! yum! yum! yum!

the end.. we were hungry.. haha

Janice waiting for the bathroom.. the little "toilette" sign was cute =)
After breakfast, we decided to walk around downtown. First stop, Urban Outfitters.. Janice, Raizel, Creese, and myself spent most of the day there.. trying on clothes and shopping around. Debbie, Jamie and Emeline wondered off. When it was time to reconvene, they were at the Gaslamp Tavern. We arrived to them sitting at the bar enjoying a beer. They were on the street side of the bar. Meaning, their stools were basically on the sidewalk. There wasn't any room on their side so we ended up sitting directly across from them. Only, on the inside of the bar. We were about 6 ft from one another. When we ordered our drinks, we decied to buy them a shot of soco and lime. Our trick didn't work.. they just bought us a shot.. so all 7 of us took it together. Nothing like being a little tipsy at 4 in the afternoon.

Before the shot madness.. enjoying my pear cider =) and that's the three of them in the background of the pic

us from their view

after the shot, a couple of us were a little tipsy.. and some of us.. a little more.. creese. haha

there was this random building going through rennovations.. and outside, they had wooden walls that people wrote all over.. this quote stood out to me

Janice and Raizel with the color accent.. I think this might be my fave pic I took this weekend.
